Warm hospitality Fast response any time during the day (day and night) For which i would like to thank the receptionists of the moring and the night shifts for their fast response and help , specially that I have undergone a surgery during my stay in istanbul and all the staff was was so passionate to help The room.service was also so professional The night guy(Mr Burak ) was so good The manager of the hotel was very decent and I appreciate the complement gift of the hotel she gave me. Thank you everybody and looking forward to coming back again

The staff are excellent, extremely friendly & helpful, the manager Ms. Seda is extremely approachable, very helpful & highly professional, she cares a lot for the clients & makes sure the stay is memorable. Mr. Gihan who was at the check in was extremely kind & very professional & another staff, Ardd was very helpful. These are some of the reasons, we keep coming back to the same hotel every year! The breakfast is awesome spread, the location is amazing! To stay here is always Like home away from home. ♥️ konak otel!

The hotel had a feel of Turkey with furnishings and decor to set the scene in the foyer. The staff were very friendly and helpful, especially as we arrived the following morning due to flight changes.It is in walking distance of Taksim square in the new part of the city.

- perfect place to stay for one night if you have to switch between the airports for your connection, close to Havabus/Havaist stop - booked a room for one at the ground floor, received an upgrade to a triple corner room at floor 7 that had 3 windows, one of which was panoramic and had an exit into a long balcony - besides the lobby downstairs, they have plenty of chairs and some table near the lift at the room floor - furniture is not brand new, but clean - wifi works without issue - Very helpful and polite personnel - if you leave your luggage there after checkout, you receive a luggage card to collect it

Very good location, very close to Taksim square and bus to and from Istanbul airport (IST) and Sabia Gocken airport. Nicely decorated and fashionable hotel. Handy for Metro. Good breakfast selection.

"I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. The room was spotless, well-equipped, and had a cozy ambiance. The location was perfect—close to major attractions yet peaceful. The breakfast was delicious with plenty of options to choose from. Overall, an exceptional experience. Highly recommended!"

Hotel has very nice location to gain Taksim square and public transport stop. There are many places: cafes, restaurants, groceries which you can get easily. There are very polite and attentive staff.

Very well run hotel. Staff properly trained, pleasant and efficient. Reception very efficient. Breakfast had a lot of choice - large breakfast room with staff constantly replacing items when necessary. Room on 7th floor comfortable and spacious, with a balcony which on this occasion I didn't use because the weather was poor. Shower worked well; room was properly cleaned each day. The whole place was run to a very high professional standard.

Excellent location, just a 5 minute walk to Taksim square. Everyone at Konak were super accommodating especially Seda, Cihan and Mustafa were very helpful. Needed a wheelchair for my father and it was immediately arranged for in-hotel accessibility. Breakfast was very good. Was able to get a late check-out conveniently and they kept our luggage safe for a few hours more. Would love to stay here again soon and recommend it anytime.
